Kitchen Operator
We
are currently accepting Expressions of Interest for the position of Kitchen
Operator.
The successful applicant will be required to provide food and beverage services
for at least all Premier Division Home matches from mid February to September.
Most of these matches are scheduled on a Saturday night (13 in all). It
would also be preferable that the kitchen also be open on all Friday nights
during the season for regular patrons. The Club also has functions during
the season and the successful applicant would also have first option to
cater for these.
This position requires the operator to purchase food and prepare and serve
meals. All the proceeds for sale of these meals are kept by the operator
in exchange for a flat rental fee for hire of the kitchen and equipment.
